Turns out my flu is a respiratory infection, and I'm still hacking and coughing and shuffling through the day, but now with antibiotics. Khalid has picked up a snotty nose and fever and fantastic levels of crankiness to go along with his not feeling well. Please make dua, we need it!Exhaustedly,

Awww, inshaAllah you'll have a speedy recovery.
Get lots of rest (probably easier said than done, I realise), and try drinking a hot cup of water with a teaspoon of honey in it for your coughs.
