Notes from the night shift

Prepping Khalid for bed= pajamas, diaper change, warm milk.

Prepping me= cup of coffee and two extra-strength aspirin.

12:40 am, and the bedtime battle is well underway.

And we battled monsters, dinosaurs, roaring machines of madnesses.

We battled slippery eels, wet seals and little babies with lightening feet.

Masha'Allah the strength of mothers. Keep going, it only gets easier with all this practice...unti they change you know every few months then you have to re-adjust
;) Try to always remeber the good times and forget the bad.
